Our guests are very important to us and we have a long standing business relationship with many schools and municipalities across the United States. Because of our strong relationship with schools and municipalities, we have worked hard to make it easy for schools and municipalities to purchase from scarydecorations.com at a discount.
If you are a buyer, procuring agent or special events representative for either a municipality or school, we want to offer you our special municipality and school discount program. Scary Decorations will extend a 10% discount to any school or municipality purchase that exceeds $100.00 (shipping excluded). This offer is available for all purchases* made on our website or through our Guest Service hotline. In order to obtain your 10% discount on your purchase(s) you will need to do the following:
For orders completed online:
- Add the items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
- After adding all items that you wish to purchase proceed to checkout.
- Select as your method of payment “Purchase Order” upon checkout
- Fill in the required information for your product purchase including the following:
- Name of School or Municipality
- Purchase order #
- Purchasing agent name or representative name
- Contact information
- Complete your checkout
- Within one business day of placing your order your School or Municipality will be contacted to verify your status by one of our Guest Service representatives
- Once your School or Municipality has been verified, we will issue you a purchase order. When your School or Municipality is billed under our Net 30 terms, your 10% discount will be reduced from the total invoiced amount automatically.
- Some exceptions apply and include but are not limited to the following:
- Delinquent accounts not paid within 30 days are not entitled to the 10% discount and are subject to collection fees.
- Full case purchases are not entitled to the 10% discount as they have already been discounted by 10% as part of our standard case pack discount.
- Please note any purchases exceeding $5,000.00 may be subject to additional discounts and verification for our credit program. You can call for specific on our program.
For orders completed over the phone:
- Call our Guest Services Hotline number at (866) 409-3695 and identify your self as a representative of a school or municipality for discount purposes.
- After the order is taken over the phone, the purchasing agent, buyer or representative will be required to fax in a copy of the school’s signed purchase order.
- Once the signed purchase order is faxed in and your School or Municipality has been verified by one of our Guest Service Representatives, we will issue you a purchase order. When your School or Municipality is billed under our Net 30 terms, your 10% product discount will be reduced from the total invoiced amount automatically.
- Some exceptions apply and include but are not limited to the following:
- Delinquent accounts not paid within 30 days are not entitled to the 10% discount
- Full case purchases are not entitled to the 10% discount as they have already been discounted by 10% as standard case pack policy.

- Many times product is needed that is not easy to locate online. Our wide array of products and services allows us to purchase product that is specific to the needs of our customers.
